Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nativesflyfishing.com.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including returns due to incorrect sizing or simply not wanting the item.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.


Warranty & Product Responsibility

We stand behind every product we build and will repair or replace it if there’s a manufacturing defect.

For products not manufactured by Natives Fly Fishing, warranty claims are handled directly through the original manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products (including engraved nets)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure about a specific item, feel free to reach out before purchasing.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
