Our Warranty

Our nets are built entirely in-house in the USA, and we stand behind our workmanship and the products we build.

We don't hide behind fine print or promise "lifetime" warranties we can't honor. Instead, we support our products for the lifetime of their production.

If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair it, replace it with a comparable model, or find a fair solution. We will make it right.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or abuse, accidental damage, improper care or storage, modifications, or damage caused by external forces. Net bags are considered wear items and are not covered, except in cases of manufacturing defects upon delivery.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact info@nativesflyfishing.com with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. All warranty claims are evaluated at the discretion of Natives Fly Fishing, and customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

We reserve the right to solve problems like humans, not corporations.
