Beau Robinson
Owner

Beau Robinson

Beau Robinson is the owner of Natives Fly Fishing, an outfitter, and the founder of the Catch Cam Net. His roots are in blue lines and brook trout, but over time his passion has expanded to warm-water predators—becoming a dedicated streamer junkie along the way.

Beau’s guiding philosophy is centered on creating memorable experiences on the water. He believes fly fishing is about much more than just catching fish, and focuses on keeping trips fun, relaxed, and meaningful while reminding clients of the real reason they fish in the first place.

Jimmy Glaspell
Small Mouth / Musky Guide

Jimmy Glaspell

Fly fishing has always been a passion for Jimmy Glaspell, and he enjoys sharing the memorable experiences that can only be created on the water. Known for his easygoing, laid-back attitude, Jimmy keeps trips relaxed and enjoyable—while still working hard to put fish in the boat.

Jimmy’s top priority is always helping clients find success, but he understands that it’s called fishing, not catching. At the end of the day, his goal is for every angler to leave with new knowledge, techniques, and tips—lessons that took him over a decade to learn and refine.

Roger Miker brings over 25 years of fly fishing experience from across the globe. From small mountain streams to large, powerful rivers, he has fished a wide range of waters and species.

Nathan Rees
Small Mouth / Musky Guide

Nathan Rees

Nathan Rees hooked his first musky on the fly at 14 and spent the next two years chasing the thrill of finally landing one. Since then, musky fishing has become a defining focus of his life, fueled by countless hours on the water and a deep commitment to learning the species.

As a guide, Nathan shares his experience with anglers looking to pursue the fisheries of West Virginia. He tailors each trip to his clients’ goals—whether that’s a relaxed float or a more technical day focused on tactics, reading water, and fish behavior.

Nat Frederick

Nat Frederick is an experienced trout guide with a deep appreciation for time spent on the water. With years of experience guiding trout fisheries, Nat brings a calm, thoughtful approach to every trip and focuses on helping clients connect with both the fish and the places they’re found.

Known as The Fishing Singerman, Nat blends storytelling and creativity into his time on the river, making each day more than just a fishing trip. Whether the focus is trout, technique, or simply enjoying the float, Nat strives to create an experience clients will remember long after the day is over.

Frank Steiner

Frank Steiner

Frank Steiner is a dedicated smallmouth and musky guide, specializing in covering water and putting anglers in the best position to find fish. Running a jet boat, he’s able to access productive stretches of river that few others can reach—opening up more opportunities throughout the day.

Whether targeting aggressive smallmouth or chasing trophy musky, Frank focuses on creating a dialed-in, efficient day on the water tailored to his clients’ goals.

Jack Bell
Trout / Small Mouth Guide

Jack Bell

Jack Bell has been guiding anglers since 1988, bringing decades of experience and a deep connection to the waters of West Virginia and the surrounding region. Growing up near Shenandoah National Park, his roots are in small mountain streams and native brook trout, and that foundation still shapes the way he fishes and guides today.

Spending most of his time wading rivers and streams, Jack focuses primarily on trout, while also guiding smallmouth trips throughout the region. His knowledge of waters like Seneca Creek, the Dry Fork, and the Elk River system allows him to put anglers in productive water while keeping the experience grounded in the natural beauty of the area.

Sean Odell
Trout Guide

Sean Odell

Sean Odell is a passionate trout guide who spends his time exploring and fishing some of West Virginia’s most scenic waters. With a focus on small streams and backcountry environments, he specializes in targeting native brook trout as well as wild brown and rainbow trout.
