Important Trip Information
Please review the details below before booking your guided trip.
All anglers must have a valid West Virginia freshwater fishing license prior to the trip. A trout stamp may also be required depending on the water being fished. Licenses can be purchased online or at local sporting goods retailers.
All guided trips include a professional local guide, on-the-water instruction, and flies. Rods, reels, waders, and boots are available upon request. Lunch is included on full-day float trips.
Please bring weather-appropriate clothing, layers, and rain gear. Polarized sunglasses are highly recommended. If you have your own rod(s) or waders, feel free to bring them. Don’t forget a hat, camera/phone for photos, any necessary medication, and your fishing license. You’re also welcome to bring personal snacks or drinks.
Trips run rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe. If river conditions require cancellation, we will work with you to reschedule your trip.
Trip rates listed on this page are estimates and are subject to change. Final pricing may vary depending on seasonal conditions, group size, trip length, and custom trip requests. All pricing will be confirmed before your trip date is secured.
A deposit is required to reserve your trip date. Cancellation policies vary by trip type and season. Please contact us with any questions regarding cancellations or rescheduling.
Gratuity is not included in the cost of your trip. While never required, tipping is customary in the guiding industry and always appreciated. Guides often rely on gratuities to help cover expenses such as fuel, flies, and equipment. Most guests tip between 15–20% of the trip cost.
